Yesterday was my birthday. I don’t talk much about my age, religious beliefs, political leanings, or anything else here on the blog. In the effort to be totally transparent I’m going to tell you! I am 58. Every day of that has made me who I am……. I like that person most days.
I made a return call to my grandboys via bananaphone yesterday from the grocery store. This makes one totally open, let me tell you.
I’ve made promises to myself that I intend on keeping.
- Knit More & Worry Less
- Be Happy Every Day
- Do What It Takes to Be Joyful
- Let Gratitude Bubble Forth
- Dance & Laugh As Much As Possible
I’m doing what it takes. Everyday. I’m working the plan and that plan may include a relocation in the next year. I am no longer willing to put off until tomorrow what I can do immediately to be as happy, as genuine as possible.
p.s. Get a bananaphone. I recommend them highly.

I hope your 58th year is going great. I stopped over to get a photo of you to show my husband so he could “evaluate” your hair – and trust me, when he gets home and gets a chance to see it, he will be honest. I will let you know!
